JOB OVERVIEW Territory:  Oklahoma and Kansas Full Time, Exempt Status Comprehensive Benefits Packet to include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K Retirement Plan The Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales growth in their assigned territory and explaining the Company product to prospects and customers.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.
  • Meet regular sales targets
  • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Cold call new accounts and service existing accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Promote the design and values of Company products
  • Schedule and attend field calls with customers
  • Set up samples displays and provide product samples to customers
  • Provides samples to customers and answers questions about pricing and product availability
  • Provide regular feedback via CRM and communication with the Regional Manager and/or channel VP
  QUALIFICATIONS Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Competencies
  • Exceptional customer service standards
  • Ability to build rapport with dealers and individuals at all levels and capacities, in person and by phone
  • Ability to qualify and close prospects
  • Ability to learn the company products and provide outstanding PK training
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to learn new technologies and apply to work flow
  • Ability to follow through and be detail-oriented
  • Ability to work with multiple priorities

Experience

JOB OVERVIEW The A&D Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales growth in their assigned territory and explaining the Company product to prospects and customers. This position will be focused on designers and architects in the New York City area. Starting base salary:  $85,000   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.
  • Work in a complimentary role alongside Duchateau sales reps organizing A&D sales presentations
  • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Cold call new accounts and service existing accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with A&D community
  • Point of contact liaison from start-to-finish on specified projects
  • Schedule and attend field calls with customers
  • Be involved in A&D community events such as ASID, IIDA, HBA
  • Provides samples to customers and answers questions about pricing and product availability
  • Work collaboratively with team members
