Site Measurements
The measuring tape. We will come to your space to take specific measurements and get a feel for the light, texture, and connectivity of the room.

Mechanical Drawings
The plan-ready drawings. Now we move from dream to reality! Our mechanical drawings will give you an accurate representation of how it all fits together as well as details blueprints for the project.

Project Management
The timeline and flow. Together we will synthesize a plan for the project from start to finish- including budget, timeline, and communication expectations.

Rendering
The final rendering. Get your first sneak peak into what your new space will look like! With 3D images and videos, you can "walk" through your design and see how it feels.

Logistics
The project begins. Once the rendering is approved, the real groundwork begins. This includes logistics, timing, as well as project updates along the way. Your new space is unfolding!

Getting to Know You
We learn what you love, how you live, and where your knives and spoons go. The learning process, where we unravel the design vision, is the real joy for us in every project. We’ll agree on the beautiful material and aesthetic choices that blend into a cohesive point of view—the experiences that will be created in this new space.

The Proposal
We refine the design. We refine the design to truly enhance your lifestyle. We prepare a preliminary estimate and three-dimensional views, so you have an overview of the look and price options. Once we’re in agreement, you provide a 10% retainer, and we return full three-dimensional renderings of each room. We do onsite measuring in phases II and III before placing the order. You will own all of your elevation drawings.

Design Retainer
Secure your design. Once you approve the final set of designs, we’ll ask for a 50% deposit to place the order with the factory. We’ll begin creating a full set of mechanical drawings for the general contractor.

Design Development
See products early. We’ll share peeks of new products in development so you can see specifications, designs, and example installations ahead of time for future projects.
05/
Order & Production
Order is submitted. Your plans are set into motion and our team builds and assembles the design. We can provide an estimate on expected completion at this time.

Shipping & Delivery
Get ready for installation. We coordinate logistics for a white glove delivery to your project site. Once your kitchen is complete, before leaving the factory, we’ll ask for the remaining amount due. We connect you with a preferred third-party installation company and ensure smooth completion.
