JOB OVERVIEW

 The Project Manager will oversee the installation of our luxury modular cabinetry. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are received in our warehouse, delivered to the client’s location, and installed correctly. This role requires frequent on-site visits to coordinate with contractors, fabricators, and appliance installers, ensuring smooth and timely installations. 

  • Job Location:  Duchateau HQ in San Diego. Travel to our Distribution Center in Otay Mesa and to Customer Job Sites in Southern California will be required.
  • Pay Range:  $65k to $70k based on experience and qualifications

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 

Project Coordination: 

  • Take over projects post-design phase. 
  • Ensure all materials are received and accounted for in the warehouse. 
  • Oversee the delivery and installation at client locations. 

Communication and Liaison: 

  • Maintain clear communication with all trades, including contractors, fabricators, and installers. 
  • Keep designers informed about the installation process. 
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and all other trades. 

Quality Control: 

  • Ensure installations meet high-quality standards. 
  • Address and resolve any issues promptly to maintain project timelines. 

On-Site Management: 

  • Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress. 
  • Provide timely solutions and answers to all stakeholders involved in the project. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 Education 

  • Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business administration, project management, operations, or related field.

Experience 

  • Experience: Previous experience in project management within the construction or luxury interior design industry.
