Job Summary:

The Sales Support Specialist works in the sales support department in order to increase sales productivity, provide client satisfaction, and grow profits for the nationwide territories. This position is part of the sales support team responsible for supporting Sales Reps, servicing client accounts, and resolving client issues via the phone and/or Internet. Duties include managing inbound and/or outbound inside sales activity for new or existing accounts, as well as the identification, creation, and/or implementation of revenue and gross profit enhancing programs and tools.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Maintain healthy flow of orders sent in by sales reps
  • Make sure all escalated issues in regards to orders are handled properly
  • Maintain special requests/orders from clients or sales reps

Minimum Education Required
:

  • Bachelors degree preferred

Minimum Experience Required:

  • 2 – 5 years in customer service or related field

Daily Tasks:

  • Responsible for creating orders and seeing them through the entire sales cycle
  • Responsible for dealing directly with customers and/or sales reps regarding all aspects of the sales process
  • Responsible for creating, tracking, and implementing changes for the sales support process
  • Responsible for updating standard operating procedures related to sales support processes and send to the Sales Support Supervisor for review and approval
  • Communicate with all levels of sales regarding orders, status, issues, etc.
  • Act as a liaison between sales reps, managers, and other departments within the organization to help ensure customer satisfaction
  • Serve as a liaison between our off-site field sales reps and the practices we work closely with
  • Provide timely and accurate information to requesters
  • Copy, scan, fax and email documents as required
  • Amend and update all records/spreadsheets as necessary (ERP and Excel)
  • Various miscellaneous tasks and duties as necessary
  • Regular and reliable attendance

Skills Required:

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and interact with multiple levels of the organization
  • Excellent customer service skills and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Have outstanding problem-solving skills.

Job Summary:

The Business Systems Analyst will support the business systems team in ensuring all system integrations thoroughly support the existing and growing demands of the business and its users. Support activities include requirements gathering, development testing, user training, ad hoc and dashboard reporting, data migration, and system configuration and customization.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Become a subject matter expert on the existing business systems supporting each department in order to guide and troubleshoot the various teams on their applications.
  • Collaborate with both functional and technical teams in sharing feedback to make sure the system meets all business requirements.
  • Provide support in managing and administering company ERP system.
  • Build reports within the ERP user interface as requested by each department.
  • Maintain ERP data integrity through data clean-up efforts.
  • Support the Sales Support team in processing and troubleshooting orders.
  • Support the Warehouse in troubleshooting inventory discrepancies and other system issues.
  • Guide users in the introduction of new processes as well as the evaluation of existing processes.
  • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Assist in system testing when preparing for routine upgrades or custom deployments.
  • Suggest any possible enhancements to system design and organizational processes.
  • Special tasks as assigned and assist in ongoing projects as needed.

Minimum Education Required
:

  • BA/BS diploma in MIS (preferred), Computer Science, or related.

Minimum Experience Required:

  • Entry-level

Skills Required:

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
  • An adept nature in understanding technology and how it relates to business process.
  • Strong oral and written communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to self-motivate, work with a sense of urgency, and to prioritize tasks
  • A detail-oriented approach to work
  • A proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • General understanding of the systems development life cycle
  • Comfortable with SQL and database management systems
  • Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, a huge plus but not required

Supply Chain Specialist

Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Specialist coordinates the supply of raw material inventory to support Plant and Supply Chain objectives, while simultaneously managing the affects on Working Capital. The incumbent supports the Operations Planning Team to ensure the production plan and subsequent schedule execution is assured.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Work with international and domestic companies in order to complete the supply chain process that is most beneficial to the company
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client’s logistics/transportation problems
  • Learn, understand, and implement various International and US Government Agencies regulatory compliance requirements for import and export activity
  • Maintain files/records of import/export shipment documentation.
  • Coordinate the supply of raw material and packaging inventories to achieve execution of the schedule while managing appropriate dollar value of inventories; making decisions on quantity, price breaks, and transportation to ensure optimum arrangement of each transaction.
  • Develop customer service oriented rapport and maintain supportive relationships with overseas and domestic customers.
  • Communicate with corporate and vendor contacts to procure customer requirements (e.g. finished products, raw materials, spare parts, etc.) to support their business.
  • Interact with 3rd party vendors (e.g. carriers, customs brokers, warehouse operations, suppliers/distributors, etc.) to implement supply chain requirements and execute import or export shipments.
  • Expedite and trouble shoot material shortages to support plant needs.
  • Seek opportunities for continuous improvement in the supply chain through raw material packaging and consignment
  • Provide back up to other job functions within the Supply Chain Management group and administrative areas as needed.
  • Coordinate outgoing orders for raw materials (transfers to R&D, plants and/or returns to suppliers).
  • Responsible for preparing, reviewing, processing and placing purchase orders as directed by Supply Chain Team.
  • Ensure all purchase order confirmations are received accurately and are logged into the ERP system used.
  • Investigate discrepancies with all orders to resolve delivery and logistics issues.
  • Monitor open orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure delivery is on time.
  • Update all the orders information from system
  • Organize all samples from vendor (may be required to lift up to 40lbs)
  • Attention to detail is vital.

Minimum Education Required
:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent job experience required

Minimum Experience Required:

  • 2-3 years in similar or related field

Skills Required:

  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and oral and written communication skills
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Intermediate in Word, Excel

Product Manager

Job Summary:

The Product Manager is responsible for all stages of the product lifecycle, from product planning  to marketing and sales. This includes research to prioritize product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with manufacturing, to deliver winning products. It also includes working with marketing, sales, and support to  ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the  company’s overall strategy and goals.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap
  • Deliver Market Requirements Document and Product Requirements Document (specifications) with prioritized features and corresponding justification
  • Propose an overall budget to ensure success
  • Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
  • Deliver a monthly revenue forecast

Minimum Education Required

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketer
  • 3+ years of experience in the high-end flooring market
